This workshop will focus on contemporary endourological management of benign prostatic obstruction. The programme will include lectures and semi-live video demonstrations covering anatomical endoscopic enucleation of the prostate, HoLEP techniques, and alternative treatments such as Rezum and PAE. Emphasis will be placed on patient selection, surgical anatomy, and technical execution, as well as complication prevention and management. Case-based discussions and expert insights will address complex clinical scenarios and the learning curve associated with advanced endourological procedures, providing participants with practical strategies for clinical implementation.
